Truthfully, he didn't think he was conning the man into anything. He was just going to try to get some work down on his data pad while the other drove. It was called resting, really.

Drawing back form his forehead however he moved to the back seat behind the driver, fishing out his case, closing the door so carefully after a check of the baby, and then gave a small shrug to Barton, as if he was anticipating his comment on rest.
With a nearly lopsided smirk (oh god, he could hear his dearly departed mother now 'twitterpated') he moved around to the other side, a hand fixing his tie. "You take it for a few hours. I'll switch when your ready."
